This print is the mural concept design for Missoula Montana, the corner of Brooks & Higgins. Throughout the process of getting this mural approved through various city groups, certain large costs have arisen labeled as “fees” as well as the time and effort put into the process to begin with. Myself and others are attempting to eliminate any fees for artists wishing to contribute to public art, which after all should be encouraged.
